RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We hope you are satisfied with every product you purchase from Biocar INC. If you need to return or exchange a product, please read the following policy carefully:

  1. Scope of Return and Exchange
    We accept return and exchange applications in the following situations:
    Applications are made within 30 days after purchase;
    The product is in unused state, the packaging is intact, and there are no signs of installation;
    Comes with complete accessories and instructions;
    The purchase receipts are complete (such as order number, invoice, etc.).
  2. Return and exchange are not supported in the following situations:
    Installed, used or artificially damaged products;
    The customer provides incorrect vehicle information resulting in mismatched accessories;
    Specially customized products;
    Electronic products are not returnable or exchangeable once opened;
    Exceed the return period (30 days) or return and exchange applications without reasonable reasons.
  3. Return and Exchange Process
    Contact Support
    Send an email to customerservice@biocar.online and provide information such as order number, reason for return, product photos, etc.

Review and Confirmation
We will review and confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met within 1-2 working days, and provide the return address and processing number (RMA number).

Return the goods
Pack the goods safely, attach the RMA document, and send it to the designated warehouse address.
⚠️ The customer needs to bear the return shipping cost, unless it is a quality problem or the wrong goods are sent.

Acceptance and processing
Inspection and refund or exchange will be completed within 3-5 working days after receiving the return. The refund will be returned to your payment account.

  1. Replacement instructions
    If you need to change the model, color or other adapter accessories, please indicate when applying for a return. We will send you a replacement product after receiving the return and confirming the status. The shipping cost of the new item is borne by the customer.
  2. Return and exchange due to product problems
    If the product you receive has the following problems, we will bear all costs:
    Wrong model/accessories sent;
    The product is damaged during transportation;
    The product itself has manufacturing defects (photo or video evidence is required).
  3. Refund time limit instructions
    The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after the return acceptance is passed. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform (usually 5-10 working days).
